Performance and Applications of Enameled Wire
- Acetal Enameled Wire: Available in heat ratings of 105 and 120. It possesses good mechanical strength, adhesion, and resistance to transformer oil and refrigerants.
- Polyester and Modified Polyester Enameled Wire: Ordinary polyester enameled wire has a heat rating of 130, while modified enameled wire has a heat rating of 155. This product has high mechanical strength and good elasticity, scratch resistance, adhesion, electrical properties, and solvent resistance. It is currently the best-selling product in my country, accounting for approximately two-thirds of the market. It is widely used in various motors, electrical appliances, instruments, telecommunications equipment, and household appliances. Its weaknesses include poor thermal shock resistance and relatively low moisture resistance.
- Polyurethane Enameled Wire: Available in heat ratings of 130, 155, and 180. Its main characteristics are direct solderability, good high-frequency performance, easy coloring, and good moisture resistance. It is widely used in electronic appliances, precision instruments, telecommunications, and instrumentation.
- Polyesterimide enameled wire, heat rating 180°C. This product has good thermal shock resistance, high softening breakdown temperature, excellent mechanical strength, and good resistance to solvents and refrigerants.
- Polyamide-imide composite enameled wire is currently the most widely used heat-resistant enameled wire both domestically and internationally. Its heat rating is 200°C. This product has high heat resistance, and also possesses resistance to refrigerants, extreme cold, and radiation. It has high mechanical strength, stable electrical properties, good chemical and refrigerant resistance, and strong overload capacity. It is widely used in refrigerator compressors, air conditioner compressors, power tools, explosion-proof motors, and motors and electrical appliances used under high temperature, extreme cold, radiation, and overload conditions.
